Product details

The Pentair 474058 is the cupro nickel tube sheet coil assembly kit for MasterTemp 175NA, 175LP, 200NA and 200LP heaters. It is the genuine Pentair heat exchanger replacement, the coil pool water runs through while the burner heats it.

Cupro nickel

The coil is cupro nickel, copper alloyed with nickel. It resists corrosion better than plain copper, which matters because aggressive water chemistry is what usually takes out a heat exchanger. Replacing with the nickel alloy addresses the cause.

Fit

One kit covers both the natural gas (NA) and propane (LP) versions of the MasterTemp 175 and 200. The MasterTemp 300NA and 300LP take the 474060 kit instead.

Which heaters does the 474058 fit?
Pentair MasterTemp 175NA, 175LP, 200NA and 200LP. The 300NA and 300LP use the 474060 kit instead.
Does it matter whether my heater is natural gas or propane?
No. The NA and LP versions of the 175 and 200 share this same coil kit.
