Pentair Tube Sheet Coil Assembly Kit for 250NA 250LP MasterTemp Heater

Pentair 474059 is the tube sheet coil assembly kit for the MasterTemp 250NA and 250LP heaters. It is a genuine Pentair part, and it fits heaters manufactured after 1/12/09, the new tub design.

Everything for the exchanger swap

Beyond the coil assembly itself the kit carries 8 coil o-rings, 8 tube sheet seals, a metal tube replacement o-ring, a blower/adapter plate gasket and a tube of high temp RTV silicone, so the heater goes back together sealed without a second parts order. A manifold bypass valve package, a Koala wool insulation service kit and a sheet metal warning label are also included.

Ignitor included

An ignitor and gasket kit rounds out the package, which makes sense on a job where the burner side is already open.

Before you order

Confirm the heater is a 250NA or 250LP and that its manufacture date is after 1/12/09. Earlier heaters use a different tub and are not covered by this kit.
