Pentair MasterTemp Heater Direct Air Intake Duct Kit

The Pentair 461031 Direct Air Intake Duct Kit is the combustion air intake for a MasterTemp heater installed indoors. Rather than letting the heater breathe the air in the equipment room, the kit ducts outside air straight to the burner through a 3 in. PVC pipe.

Vertical or horizontal

The 3 in. intake can be run vertically through a roof or horizontally through a wall, so it fits most equipment room layouts. It is PVC pipe on the intake side, not metal flue.

What it does not cover

This kit is for the air going in. The exhaust vent and the appliance adapter that connects the heater to its flue are separate parts, so plan the exhaust run alongside this kit when you lay out an indoor install.
