Where it fits
Raypak designs the E3T 3-Phase for commercial use: multi family housing, schools, hotels and aquatic centers. It is certified to UL 1261 and CEC Title 20, installs indoors or out, and mounts vertically on a level, non combustible base or a wall.
Protection built in
Flow protection keeps the elements off below 15 GPM, so the heater cannot dry fire. Low temperature operating mode guards against sharp drops in system water temperature, and load detection stops unwanted heating when there is no call for heat.

Raypak's manual gives 28.87 A per phase at 480 V, a 40 A breaker per phase and 8 AWG wire for this model; have a licensed electrician confirm the supply.
