What it does

The starfish seal is the face that rides against the pool surface. It is what holds the cleaner down and keeps the suction working where it should. Because it is in constant contact with plaster or concrete, it is a wearing part, and a worn one shows up as a cleaner that slows down, loses its pattern or leaves areas untouched.
