The Pentair 70951 is the tube seal gasket, a service part for the MiniMax family of pool heaters.

Where it is used

Pentair lists this gasket under the MiniMax Plus 150 to 400, the MiniMax CH 150 to 400 and the MiniMax AG 75, 100 and 100SC. It is a sealing part in the water path, and a hardened or split gasket shows up as a slow weep under a heater that is otherwise running normally.

A note on gaskets

Once a gasket has been compressed and heated it will not seal the same way twice. If you have the joint open, put a new one in rather than reusing the old.
