Product details

R0465500 is a set of four anchor brackets supplied with eight screws. The brackets are the hardware that ties the filter down to its base, and they turn up in the parts listings for the Jandy DEV series DE filters and the Jandy CV and CL series cartridge filters.

Why they matter

A filter tank under pressure is heavier and more energetic than it looks, and the brackets are the only thing keeping it in position. When one corrodes through or a screw pulls out, the tank starts to rock, which puts the strain onto the plumbing unions instead. Replacing the brackets is a small job that prevents a much larger leak.
