Product details

Sta-Rite 27002-0036S is the internal filter replacement module assembly for the PLD70 and PLDE36 filters, with 36 square feet of filtration area. It is the OEM part, supplied as a complete assembly.

What the module is

On a Sta-Rite System 2 modular filter, the module is the element the tank is built around. Water passes through it on the way back to the pool, and everything the filter does depends on that assembly being intact. When it tears, collapses or will no longer clean up, the filter cannot hold pressure or clarity no matter what is done to the rest of the system.

Matching the right one

Modules are sized by square footage. This is the 36 square foot assembly for the PLD70 and PLDE36. The smaller PLD50 takes a 30 square foot module under a different part number, so check the model on the tank label before ordering.
