The Pentair 170022 is the replacement tank lid for the FNS Plus 60 sq ft DE filter, model FNSP60. It is the genuine Pentair part in the original tan finish.
What it replaces
The FNS Plus tank is built in two halves held together by a clamp band. This is the upper half. Once a lid is cracked, crazed around the clamp lip or distorted at the sealing face, no amount of tightening will keep it from weeping, and the tank half has to be changed rather than repaired.
Before you order
Confirm the size stamped on your filter. This lid is listed for the 60 sq ft body, and the smaller tanks in the FNS Plus family take a different lid. The clamp band, tank o-ring and air relief valve are all separate parts, so add whatever else is worn while the filter is open.
