The Raypak 011611F is the genuine OEM igniter for the Model 130A pool heater with direct spark ignition.
What it does
A direct spark heater has no standing pilot. When the control calls for heat, the igniter throws the spark that lights the burner, and on many systems the same electrode then proves the flame. If the igniter is cracked, fouled or out of position, the heater will cycle through its start sequence and simply never fire, which is the fault most owners describe as a heater that runs but makes no heat.
