The Raypak 019141 is the E3T electric pool and spa heater, model ELS-R-0018-3-TI, rated 18KW on 208V three phase power.
Built for pool water
Electric heaters live or die on what the elements are made of. The E3T uses titanium elements and stainless steel construction, which is what lets it run in extreme pool water conditions, salt water chlorinated pools included. A salt pool will find the weak point in a heater that was not built for it, and this one was.
Controls and sensing
The heater uses a solid state design with flow sensor technology, so it knows whether water is moving through it before it fires the elements. The digital control panel is straightforward to use and gives diagnostics, which turns a service call from guesswork into a reading.
Installation
The compact size is deliberate. It makes the E3T practical for new construction and equally practical as a replacement on an existing pad where space is tight. This model needs a 208V three phase supply and a correctly sized circuit, so plan the electrical work with a qualified electrician before the unit arrives.

What power supply does this heater need?
208V three phase. It is the 18KW model, ELS-R-0018-3-TI, and it must be installed by a qualified electrician on a correctly sized circuit.
