Product details

The Pentair ESO2 is a double gang plate shut off switch with an audible alarm, made for ComPool pool and spa control systems. It is the genuine Pentair replacement for the original switch assembly.

What it does

A shut off switch is the manual point where power to the controlled equipment stops. This one adds an alarm, so when the switch is thrown the change is heard as well as acted on. That matters on a pool and spa system where the equipment is out of sight of the switch.

Fitting

The switch comes on a double gang plate, matching the opening the original occupied, so it goes back in the same place with no rework of the panel. Wiring on pool and spa control systems should be done with the power off, and by an electrician where local rules require it.
