This is the Pentair EW22 complete wall fitting in white, the quick disconnect fitting that a pressure side cleaner hose connects to at the pool wall. It is supplied as the whole assembly rather than as separate pieces.
What comes in the kit
Four parts: the E23 quick disconnect adapter, the E21 O-ring for the wall fitting, the E25 pressure relief valve and the E24 screen for the wall fitting. Each is available separately, but when a fitting has been in a wall for years it is usually more than one piece that has aged.
Fitment
The EW22 is used on most Pentair pool cleaners. That includes the Letro Legend in both three wheel and four wheel form, the Legend Platinum LL105PM, the Legend LL505G and the Jet Vac JV105.
Why it matters
The wall fitting is the pressure connection between the plumbing and the cleaner. A cracked adapter, a hardened O-ring or a blocked screen all show up the same way at the cleaner: weak drive, a limp sweep hose, or a hose that will not stay coupled. Renewing the fitting removes all of those causes at once.
