Product details

The Hayward RCX11400 is the lid clip for the TigerShark family of robotic pool cleaners, supplied as a set of two. It is the genuine Hayward part, the same clip fitted at the factory.

What the clip does

Every TigerShark cycle ends with the lid coming off so the filter can be rinsed out. The clips are what hold that lid closed while the cleaner is working. They see the most handling of any part on the machine and, being small plastic latches, they are usually the first thing to break.

Why it matters

A cleaner with a failed clip still drives its pattern and still picks debris up, but the lid can lift and let that debris straight back out. Owners often chase a filter or a pump problem when a snapped clip is the actual cause. Replacing both clips together keeps the closure even across the lid.

This part fits the TigerShark, the TigerShark QC and the TigerShark Plus.
