Hayward TigerShark Drive Track, Soft Thread

The Hayward RCX23002 is the soft thread drive track for the TigerShark family of robotic pool cleaners. It is the genuine Hayward part.

What a worn track does

The track is what puts the drive motor to work on the pool surface. As it stretches and the soft thread pattern wears smooth, the cleaner starts to slip: it spins in one spot, gives up on walls, or stalls on the floor while the motor keeps running. A new track restores the grip.

While it is apart

Tracks wear together, so look at the other side too. The roller bearing guides and wheel tube bearings sit in the same area and are worth checking at the same time.
