Hayward RCX97007 is the replacement handle assembly, in dark gray, for the new style TigerShark robotic pool cleaner. It is the genuine Hayward part.

The one part everyone breaks

A robotic cleaner comes out of the pool full of water, and all of that weight goes through the handle. Seasons of that, plus sun on the plastic, is why handles crack before most of the cleaner does. Once it goes, people start lifting the unit by its cord, which turns a cheap part into an expensive one.
