The Hayward FDXLBRN1930 is the burner kit for the Universal H-Series Low NOx pool and spa heaters. It is the genuine Hayward part.

Coverage

One kit serves the whole FD range: H150FD, H200FD, H250FD, H300FD, H350FD and H400FD. These heaters are installed on pools and on spas and hot tubs, and the burner kit is the same across both applications.

Why burners get replaced

Burners live in the hottest, wettest part of the heater. Over years of cycling they corrode, scale up and distort, and the result is rough ignition, uneven flame or a heater that keeps dropping out on a safety. Replacing the burner assembly restores clean, even combustion. Because this is gas work inside the combustion chamber, it is a job for a qualified heater technician.
