The Hayward FDXLWHA1930 is the complete wiring harness in the FD version, a genuine Hayward pool heater part.

What it covers

The harness is the loom that ties the heater control together: the leads, connectors and routing that link the board to the sensors, the gas valve and the ignition side of the appliance. Hayward supplies it as one piece.

When it gets replaced

Heat, moisture and vibration are hard on wiring inside a heater cabinet. Melted connector bodies, chafed insulation and corroded terminals show up as intermittent faults that are almost impossible to chase down lead by lead. Replacing the harness as a unit restores the original connectors and lead lengths and puts the wiring back to the factory layout.
