The Pentair 620057 is the o-ring replacement kit for the GloBrite light. It is the genuine Pentair part, supplied as a kit rather than as loose seals.
Why it matters
A pool or spa light is a sealed unit sitting under water. The o-rings are the only thing standing between the fixture and the pool, and they are consumable. Heat, chlorine and months of compression take the spring out of the rubber, so a seal that came out looking fine will often not seat properly when it goes back in.
When to use it
Fit fresh seals every time the GloBrite is opened, whether that is for a lamp change, a gasket inspection or a repair. It is a small cost next to a flooded fixture, and it is far easier to do while the light is already out of the niche than to go back a second time.
