The Pentair 619864Z is the lens and gasket assembly kit for IntelliBrite 5G LED pool lights. It is the genuine Pentair part, with a tempered lens.
Lens and gasket as one job
The kit includes both pieces on purpose. The gasket between the lens and the housing is what keeps water out of the fixture, and it takes a compression set over years of service. Fitting a new lens onto an old flattened gasket is the most common way a rebuilt pool light ends up flooded, so the two are replaced together.
When to suspect the lens
Output falls off gradually with scale, clouding and fine crazing across the lens face, which is easy to mistake for a tired LED engine. Look at the lens first: it is far cheaper than an engine, and a clear lens will often restore the light on its own.
