The Hayward S360SX is the 36 inch side mount tank from the Pro Series Plus sand filter range. It is the largest of the residential sizes, so it suits pools that need more filter area than a 24 or 30 inch tank can give.

Ordered without a valve

This listing is the filter tank only. Side mount filters take their valve on the side of the tank rather than on top, and this one arrives bare so the valve can be specified separately or carried over from the filter being replaced. Check the valve you plan to use before installing.

Sand media

It is a sand filter, so it runs on filter media rather than cartridges or grids. Media is not included and is bought to suit the tank size.
