Product details

The Jandy R0444000 is the genuine rebuild kit for the Jandy Pro Series 2 inch side mount multi-port valve. It puts the sealing surfaces back to new without replacing the whole valve.

The symptom it fixes

A multi-port valve directs flow by pressing seals against ports inside the body. Those seals are a wear item. Once they harden or lose their shape, water finds its way past them, and the classic sign is a steady dribble out of the waste line while the handle is set to filter. Pressure and turnover suffer at the same time because part of the flow is going somewhere it should not.

Before you order

Confirm you have the 2 inch side mount version. Side mount valves bolt to the side of the filter tank rather than sitting on top of it, and the port size is stamped or moulded on the body. This kit is specific to that valve.

Which valve is this kit for?
The Jandy Pro Series 2 inch side mount multi-port valve. It is not for top mount valves or for other sizes.
Is it a genuine Jandy kit?
Yes. It is the Jandy OEM rebuild kit, part number R0444000.
Why would my multi-port need rebuilding?
The internal seals wear. The common symptom is water passing to a port you did not select, such as a constant trickle to waste while the valve is set to filter.
Is rebuilding worth it against a new valve?
Usually yes. If the valve body and handle are sound and only the seals have worn, the rebuild kit restores it for a fraction of a replacement valve.
