Product details

The Blue-White Industries 71000-350 is the genuine roller assembly for the A-100 N peristaltic feed pumps.

What it does

A peristaltic pump has no impeller. A rotor carries rollers around inside the pump head, and each roller pinches the flexible tube shut and walks the chemical along it. The roller assembly is therefore the only moving part in contact with the tube, and everything the pump delivers depends on it turning smoothly and pinching completely.

Materials

The rotor is molded in Valox and the roller is nylon running on a bronze bearing, which is what lets it turn under constant load without needing service.
