Pentair Clean & Clear Plus 150 sq ft Cartridge Pool Filter

The Pentair Clean & Clear Plus 150 pairs top end filtration with low upkeep. Part EC-160317 is the complete filter, shipped with its cartridges, a pressure gauge, a union kit and an air relief valve.

Four cartridges, 150 sq ft

The four cartridge layout packs 150 sq ft of filter surface into the tank. More surface area captures more dirt before pressure rises, so the filter runs longer between cleanings. The elements strip particles down to 20 microns. An average grain of beach sand is around 1,000 microns.

Cleaning without backwashing

There is no multiport valve and no water sent to waste. Open the top, lift out the cartridges, hose them off and reassemble.
