Product details

The CMP 25600-411-000 is a clear measuring scoop for diatomaceous earth and pool chemicals. The body carries graduated measurement marks and dosage lines, so what goes into the pool is a measured quantity rather than an estimate.

Why measuring matters

Most pool chemicals get added by feel, with a scoop that has no markings on it, and the dose ends up somewhere near right. Water chemistry does not reward near right. A DE filter charged with too little powder leaves grids exposed, and one charged with too much clogs early and drives pressure up. Reading a level off a marked scoop takes the guesswork out of both.

Handling

Keep the scoop to one job. Different pool chemicals should never share a container, and residue left in a scoop can react with whatever it meets next. Rinse it out and let it dry before it goes back on the shelf.
