The Pentair IntelliChem commercial chemical controller, part number 522578, is the two pump configuration of the IntelliChem system.

What it does

IntelliChem is the Pentair controller for chemical feed. It reads the water through probes on the plumbing line and drives the feed pumps so sanitizer and pH correction are dosed automatically instead of by hand. On a commercial pool, where bather load moves chemistry faster than a home pool and records have to be kept, that automation is usually a requirement rather than a convenience.

The two pump build

This part number is the commercial system supplied with two chemical feed pumps. It is a different item from the residential IntelliChem controller.

Installation notes
