The Hayward IDXL2BWR1931 is the LoNox IDL2 blower and control board kit for H-Series Low NOx pool heaters, supplied as a matched pair from the factory.

What the blower does

A Low NOx heater depends on controlled combustion air. The blower moves that air and the control board runs the blower, so a failure at either point stops the heater before it ever lights. Symptoms usually read as a heater that calls for heat, runs its checks and then locks out rather than firing.

Why it is a kit

Hayward supplies the blower and the board together for this generation. Fitting them as a set keeps the assembly matched to a single revision, which is the safer route on heater electronics that changed across model years.
