⌄The Raypak AVIA P-R404A-EP-C, part number 018039, is a 399,000 BTU propane gas pool and spa heater with IID ignition, low NOx emissions and WiFi built in. It is rated for installation from sea level to 4500 ft.
Heat exchanger
The heat exchanger uses copper tubing for fast heat transfer, paired with polymer headers that do not corrode. Raypak's ProTek Shield adds a further layer of protection against chemical and environmental corrosion, which matters on a heater that lives outdoors next to chlorinated water.
Controls
WiFi connectivity lets you check the water temperature and change the set point from your phone, and the heater handles both pool and spa duty from one unit.

This is the propane model. Confirm your gas supply, and check your site elevation is at or below 4500 ft. The heater ships by freight; have someone on hand to receive the pallet and inspect it on delivery.
