This is the Raypak 206,000 BTU digital pool heater in its propane, high altitude configuration. The #59 build is factory set for installations between 3,000 and 5,000 feet, where a standard altitude heater would be derated or fail to burn cleanly. Ignition is electronic, so there is no standing pilot to relight.
