Product details

The CMP 25549-540-000 is a stainless steel adapter repair ring for a light niche whose mounting points have stripped or broken. It measures 5.5 in. across.

How it works

The ring retrofits into the existing niche. Three allen screws anchor it against the inside wall, giving the light a fresh set of mounting points without replacing the niche itself. A new bonding lug comes as part of the ring.

Installed with the light in place

The ring is built to detach for the light cord. That is the detail that matters on the job, because it means the repair can be made without pulling the light and its cord back out of the conduit.
