Product details

The Jandy R0790500 is the silicone gasket for the large pool version of the WaterColors LED RGBW light, the CPHVLED and CPLVLED series fixtures. It is the genuine Jandy Pro Series part and it replaces the earlier R0451101.

What the gasket does

The gasket sits between the lens and the housing and is the only barrier between pool water and the LED engine. Silicone is used because it keeps its shape and stays flexible through years of heat and chlorine, where a rubber seal hardens, flattens and then leaks.

Large pool light, not the spa light

Jandy uses a different gasket on the small spa fixture, so check which light you are servicing before ordering. This one is for the large pool housing.

Fit a fresh gasket every time the fixture comes apart. A gasket that has been compressed once rarely reseals properly on the second assembly, and a flooded fixture costs many times the price of the seal.
