Product details

The Pentair 619599Z is the replacement lens gasket for AquaLumin pool and spa lights. It is the part that sits between the lens and the light housing and keeps pool water on the outside of the fixture.

Why the gasket matters

An underwater light is only as good as its seal. Rubber compresses and takes a permanent set once it has been clamped for a season or two, and a gasket that has hardened or flattened no longer springs back against the lens. Water then works its way in, the lamp fails early and the socket corrodes, which turns a small part into an expensive service call.

When to fit one

Fit a new gasket any time the fixture is opened, whether that is a lamp change, a lens swap or a leak you are chasing. This is the gasket on its own, so order one for each fixture you plan to service.
