The Pentair 475612 is the condensate neutralizer kit for the ETI 400 heater. It is the genuine Pentair part, supplied as a complete kit.

Why a heater needs one

A high efficiency heater pulls so much heat out of the flue gas that water condenses out of it. That condensate is acidic. The neutralizer acts as a filtration stage, treating the condensate as it leaves the heater rather than letting it go straight to the drain.
