Pentair FNS Plus 36 sq. ft. DE Filter FNSP36

The Pentair FNS Plus FNSP36 is a 36 square foot vertical grid DE filter for inground pools, Pentair part number EC-180007. DE filtration gives the finest water polish of the three filter types, and the FNS Plus design is built around getting the most filter area out of a compact tank.

Curved grids, more capacity

The grids inside are curved rather than flat, which fits more filtration surface into the same diameter. More surface holds more dirt, so the filter runs longer between backwashes and cleanings. The internal flow path is refined to minimise restriction, so the pump needs less power to push the required flow, and that shows up as lower running costs.

Built to last on the pad

The tank is chemical resistant polypropylene reinforced with fiberglass for strength. The grid pack is removable as one assembly, so when it is time for a full clean you lift it out, hose it down and drop it back in rather than fighting with individual grids.
