The Hayward CLX220HPAK4 is a four pack of 5/16 inch compression nuts for the CL200 and CL220 chlorine feeders.

Where they go

These are the nuts on the feeder compression fittings, the connections that carry water in and out of the chlorinator. They are small parts doing a job in a chemically aggressive spot.

Why they get replaced

Years next to chlorine make plastic hardware brittle. A nut in that state weeps, and tightening it further is as likely to split it as to seal it. Fitting fresh nuts is the reliable fix.
