Product details

The Hayward Auto-Skim Skimmer, Wide Track, Outside Mount, SP10852OMDGR, is a dark grey wide track wall skimmer with 1-1/2 inch FPT connections and a 9.25 inch throat, made for in ground vinyl and fiberglass pools.

Construction

The body is molded ABS with no assembly seams below water level. Hayward gives the throat as 9.25 inches, and the Wide Track series has a 15.5 inch skimmer face. An integral Flo-Control slide plate is part of the body. This part number is the outside mount version in Dark Gray.

Cover and adjustment

The skimmer takes a standard square or round cover and collar assembly with 1.5 inches of vertical adjustment. An optional extension collar adds 2.5 inches of height, and an optional stackable notched extension collar allows infinite vertical adjustment. An optional float valve is offered for thru-skimmer suction outlet systems.

Before you order

Hayward builds the Auto-Skim in several configurations and colors, each under its own part number, so confirm the wide track body, the outside mount style and the dark grey color against what is installed. The owners manual for this skimmer is Hayward document IS1084.
