Product details

The Pentair 84120200 is an Admiral S15 pool skimmer in white, molded in ABS, supplied with a circular weir and a 2 inch threaded plumbing port. Pentair lists it for concrete construction.

The port matters

This version has a threaded 2 inch port rather than a glue socket. That gives you a mechanical joint you can take apart later, but it also means the fitting that goes into it has to be threaded, so plan the plumbing around it before the skimmer is set in concrete.

Circular weir

The weir is the flap the water pulls past on its way into the skimmer throat, and it is what holds debris in once the pump shuts off. This skimmer comes with the circular style, so there is nothing extra to add at install.

Because the body is set into the pool structure, it is worth confirming the port size and the construction type against your plans, since neither is something you can change after the pour.
