Pentair EasyClean EC90 Element Retro Kit

The Pentair 196090 is the element retro kit for the EasyClean EC90, Pentair's aboveground pool DE filter system. It is the genuine Pentair replacement element, supplied as a retrofit kit for the EC90 tank.

Fit

This kit is specific to the EC90. The smaller EC60 uses a different quad style cartridge and is not covered by this part.

When to replace

Replace the element when cleaning no longer brings the filter pressure back to its clean reading, or when the element is torn or collapsed.
