Product details

The Sta-Rite 77707-0087 is a Z-Flex appliance adapter for horizontal and vertical positive pressure venting. It is made of stainless steel.

What it connects

The adapter is the fitting between the heater and the vent run. It is designed for the Pentair Sta-Rite Max-E-Therm pool and spa heaters, and is also compatible with the Pentair MasterTemp pool and spa heaters, which share the same venting arrangement.

Why stainless

Flue gases from a pool heater are hot and wet. Stainless steel is the material a positive pressure vent connection needs if it is going to last, which is why the factory adapter is built from it rather than a coated mild steel.
