Product details

Aladdin Magic Lube II, part number 651, is a silicone lubricant supplied in a 5 oz tube.

What it does

It is used to lubricate o-rings and gaskets on pool and spa equipment, along with threaded fittings and valve stems, helping seals go together smoothly and seat properly. A light coat on an o-ring before reassembly also makes it easier to see whether the o-ring is seated correctly in its groove.

Where it is used

Typical uses include pump lid o-rings, filter tank o-rings, union and threaded fitting connections, and valve stems, wherever a smooth, even lubricant coat helps a seal go together without pinching or twisting.

Selling unit

The 651 is sold individually as a single 5 oz tube. It is a general-purpose lubricant for pool and spa equipment maintenance rather than a product limited to winter closing or opening, so it is useful year round for service and repair work.
