The Hayward FDXLGSK1930 is the air side gasket kit for H-Series Low NOx pool heaters. It is the genuine Hayward kit.

What is in scope

This kit covers the air side of the heater. Hayward supplies the return side tube sheet insulation and the front air box gasket as separate kits, so if a full teardown is planned it is worth checking which of the three you actually need.

When to fit it

Gaskets get replaced while the heater is already apart. Once a gasket has been compressed and heat cycled it will not seal reliably a second time, so pulling the old ones out and putting new gaskets in is standard practice during a burner or heat exchanger service. Confirm the model and series on the heater data plate before ordering, because the Low NOx models do not share every part with the standard ones.
