Product details

The Sta-Rite C20-46 is the adapter gasket for the D Series commercial pumps. It is a round cardboard gasket with 8 holes.

The measurements

9-1/2 in across the outside, 8 in across the inside and 1/16 in thick. The 8 holes are 7/16 in in diameter, spaced 8-7/8 in center to center from one hole to the one opposite it. Those figures are worth checking against the old gasket, because commercial pump gaskets look alike and do not interchange.

Why it is worth replacing properly

A gasket is a small part sitting in an expensive joint. Reusing a compressed or torn one to save a service visit is what turns a weep into a flooded pump room. When the adapter comes apart for any reason, this is the part that goes back in new.
