Quick overview

  • WhisperFlo and IntelliFlo Used across the IntelliFlo VS, VF, VSF, SVRS and i2 pumps and the WhisperFlo and WhisperFlo VST.
  • Sits under the impeller The rubber washer seats between the impeller and the shaft, so it comes out every time the impeller does.
  • Replace it on reassembly A flattened or nicked washer is the sort of small part that turns a rebuild into a second teardown.
  • Also used on C Series The part is listed with the Purex and Pentair C Series commercial pump family as well.
  • Cheap insurance Inexpensive enough to change on any impeller or seal job as a matter of course.

Product details

The Pentair 075713 is the rubber impeller washer gasket used across the WhisperFlo and IntelliFlo pump families. It is the genuine Pentair part.

Where it sits

The washer goes at the impeller, between the impeller and the motor shaft assembly. It is a small rubber part that nobody thinks about until the pump is apart, at which point it is already out on the bench.

Fitment

Pentair lists it for the IntelliFlo i1 VS, IntelliFlo VF, SVRS, i2 and VSF, and for the WhisperFlo and WhisperFlo VST. It also appears in the Purex and Pentair C Series commercial pump listings.

Worth changing

Rubber takes a permanent set once it has been compressed for a few seasons. If you are already in the wet end for a shaft seal or an impeller, put a new washer in rather than reusing the flattened original and hoping.

Questions and answers

What people ask about this product, answered by our pool techs.

Which pumps use this washer?
Pentair lists it for the IntelliFlo i1 VS, IntelliFlo VF, SVRS, i2 and VSF, and for the WhisperFlo and WhisperFlo VST. It is also listed with the Purex and Pentair C Series commercial pumps.
Is this a genuine Pentair part?
Yes. It is Pentair part number 075713.
When should I replace it?
Any time the impeller comes off. The washer is rubber and takes a set, so refitting an old one after a seal or impeller job is a false economy.
Is this the same as the impeller O-ring?
No. This is the rubber washer gasket that sits at the impeller, listed by Pentair as 075713. Pump O-rings are separate part numbers.
