This is the Jandy R0807201 impeller kit for 1.5 HP pumps, supplied with the impeller screw and the o-ring that seals it. It is the genuine Zodiac Pool Systems part.

What it fits

The kit covers three Jandy pump families at 1.5 HP: the ePump variable speed range, which includes JEP1.5, JEP2.0, VSSHP220 and VSSHP270, the Stealth series SHPF and SHPM, and the PlusHP series PHPF and PHPM. The impeller is matched to horsepower rather than to a single model, so confirm the horsepower of your wet end before ordering.

When to replace it

An impeller that is packed with debris or worn at the vanes still spins, so the pump sounds normal while the pool tells a different story: weak returns, slow skimming and low pressure at the filter with a clean basket. Pulling the wet end and fitting a fresh impeller restores the flow the pump was built to move.

The small parts matter

The screw and o-ring are included for a reason. Both are easy to distort or drop during removal, and reusing a flattened o-ring is a common cause of a rebuild that never quite primes.
