The heater comes assembled with a flow switch, a temperature and pressure gauge and a 125 psi relief valve, and Raypak says it is Texas Boiler Code compliant out of the box. Controls and connections

A microprocessor control with a digital LCD sets the temperature and gives a diagnostic readout, and ties into an existing remote system. The self adjusting burner compensates for gas pressure changes. Water connections are 2 inch slip and the gas connection 3/4 inch NPT, on 120 or 240 VAC. At Raypak's rated 82 percent it puts about 327,180 BTU/hr into the water.
