Why replace all four
Most Sta-Rite rebuilds start with a shaft seal that has started to weep, which shows up as water under the motor or rust creeping onto the motor face. Getting to that seal means pulling the clamp, the seal plate and the diffuser, and the o-rings and gasket on those parts have aged just as long as the seal has. Reusing them is how a rebuild turns into two rebuilds.
