What the tail does
The sweep tail trails behind the cleaner and beats against the floor as the unit moves. That action lifts settled silt and leaves into suspension so the cleaner can take them in, and it reaches into corners and along walls that the body itself passes by. Without a working tail the cleaner still drives its pattern but leaves the fine debris where it lies.
When to replace it
