Product details

The CMP Hydro Seal 25830-350-000 is a black CPVC check valve with a 2 pound spring, sized 1.5 inch by 2 inch and rated to 50 psi. It carries NSF certification.

Serviceable, which is the point

Check valves are the parts most likely to need attention on an equipment pad, and the ordinary answer is to cut one out and glue in another. This one is built to be opened and serviced in place, so a flapper or spring that has given up is a job with a screwdriver rather than a saw.

CPVC in a black finish

The body is CPVC, which resists the corrosion that treated water works on metal fittings, and it solvent welds into the PVC already at the pad. The black finish matches the rest of the Hydro Seal plumbing line.
