Product details

The Hayward SP0723 is a Trimline 2-way ball valve with a 1-1/2 inch male pipe thread on one end and a 1-1/2 inch female pipe thread on the other. It is the genuine Hayward part.

What it does

A two way ball valve is the simplest thing on an equipment pad: a quarter turn opens the line and a quarter turn closes it. That single function is what lets you pull a filter apart, change a pump seal or swap a fitting without draining the whole system back to the pool.
