Heating a baptistry usually means finding room for a heater, a pump and the plumbing between them. The BES-55 puts that into a single 29 by 15 by 9 inch package with an 18 amp total draw, a heater indicator light and a bonding lug and wire, and it ships with an installation kit.
Planning the install
Allow more than the cabinet footprint. Hydro-Quip publishes a minimum space requirement of 36 inches high by 16 inches wide by 10 inches deep. Electrically it is a single phase, 4-wire connection at 50/60 Hz, and the 18 amp figure is what the circuit should be sized around. Have the connection made by a licensed electrician to local code.
